I knew it felt right when I held it in my hands
Day 65
For the first time, it felt soft. I knew this was going to be the one!
I made perfect scones yesterday.
After the upteenth time of trying, I finally made it!
The surprising thing was it was when I least expected it.
Another brand of flour was used.
There wasn't any fresh milk in the fridge. So, I used regular water.
I used regular magarine instead of butter.
I used brown sugar instead of regular castor sugar.
I added some wheatgream for the feel-good healthy edge.
